What a year and a journey for LS Consulting & Finance
🎄Year 2 of my business - this marks the mid point in the second year of LS Consulting, its a tough climate to be running a new business, but we have been fortunate to have continued to work with some amazing clients
🎄lots of learning about social media, website developing and marketing - as a small business its often not possible to invest in development, its also a risk to invest when you don't understand the direction you want to move in.
🎄 working with some amazing people - we have continued to have worked with several businesses this year, all of which have been welcoming and positive in moving forward. its hard sometimes coming into a business and not allowing existing employees to feel threatened or under valued.
🎄developing business plans - one of the most important things a business can do in our opinion is to shape the companies direction with clarity, focus and the buy-in of their teams. its always such an interesting and learning journey for all involved and its certainly our privilege being a part of those journey's.
🎄helping managers take back control of their workload and work life harmony - this has evolved as one of LS Consulting's' key skills. Insights, Listening, Safe space and supporting people to grow is a wonderful thing to be apart of.
🎄establishing ways of working with teams - Tough and Fun! - Ways of Working describes how leaders, managers, associates and teams want to work together. it involves being vulnerable and uncomfortable at times, but the results and rewards are boundless!
🎄supporting business managers in executing plans - LS Consulting likes building strategic plans but loves helping teams deliver them! Seeing ideation through to conclusion and ultimate success is what gets us up in the morning. Our driver is seeing your business succeed!
What’s on the agenda for 2025?
🙏making new contacts - We have worked hard in 2024 on this , but there is always room for getting our business known. We believe that our future business is routed through these established contacts.
🙏building relationships - its not just enough to make new contacts, they need to be built into a solid relationship.
🙏retaining existing clients - we measure our success by how our clients regard us and their continued support in working with us. We strive always to keep relevant for our clients and giving them the service they deserve!
