FinTech Finance system rollout
Often, our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the insights and support to bring it all together. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was truly spectacular.
LS Consulting took time to understand the challenges faced by the customer to establish their new proposition. We encouraged consistent and transparent communication that allowed them to capture the end to end roadmap and refine how they worked together and with third party developers.
LS Consulting mapped the risks and controls associated with this proposition against the roadmap and finally we oversaw the implementation of a new finance system (Netsuite). The client was able to progress by leaps and bounds.
Clients often approach LS Consulting & Finance with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the company understand their pricing and profitability. We started with a deep dive on pricing and profitability and produced a summary outcome of our findings.
This produced actionable insights into both the cost base driving profitability and also highlighting a number of area of focus from parity between customer channels to consistency between pricing of individual products. We created a pricing analysis model that helped the client gather the relevant data in one place to be able to make changes in a structured and thoughtful way. They were able to implement changes that yielded the maximum impact and return whilst maintaining an ethical and fair structure in which to continue to work with their customers.
Clear 90 Day plan
This client had experienced good consistent growth over the last few years and now wanted to continue that growth at a faster rate. The middle management team were relatively new as managers and there was the desire to sculpt them to become leaders with the ability to cultivate their own team strategy.
First we held a discovery session for the challenges and frustrations now found in this business as a result of their previous growth success. We digested and reframed those challenges into a set of action pillars presenting them back to the senior leadership team.
We agreed on how to move forward and began building a structured approach around these pillars. One key pillar was "clarity". Under many guises the team needed both clear structure, boundaries and accountability. We ran workshops with both the senior leadership team and the management team to ensure vertical alignment of the plan.
We set about supporting this team at all levels to implement this plan whilst building in key metrics to review performance and upskilling their understanding both personally and as business leaders.
